Today we went to visit the Oriental Pearl tower, which looks like a building straight out of the Jetsons cartoon.
Once inside it was much like viewing Paris from the Eiffel Tower. There was a river with boats, and city stretching out as far as they eye could see and beyond. The main difference is that most of the buildings in Paris are just a handfull of stories tall. Here in Shanghai, most of the buildings are a 30-80 stories tall! This place is enormous!
Amber had a good time spotting all the boats and posing for at least a dozen pictures with chinese tourists.
